The Pacific Music Institute Faculty Concert!
The PMI faculty is made up of professional musicians from all over the world! Our 2022 Faculty Concert is open to the public. General Admission tickets are $20 for an evening of incredible music at the Hawaiʻi Convention Center – free entry for PMI Students. Invite all your friends!
Blue Note Hawaiʻi
Is jazz more your style? Blue Note is an awesome venue to check out! They host big-name jazz, blues, and local artists. Plus, you can enjoy dinner and drinks with your music! The Royal Hawaiian Band

Founded in 1836 by King Kamehameha III, the mission of the band is to promote music, preserve Hawaiian musical culture, inspire young musicians, and enrich the lives of the people of Hawai‘i. Whether you’re local or visiting, seeing the Royal Hawaiian Band is a great way to get in touch with the culture of our islands through traditional Hawaiian music! The Pacific Music Institute Student Concerts!
It is our pleasure to present the Pacific Music Institute 2022 in-person concert performances! If you’re not familiar with PMI, we’re Hawaiʻi’s premier summer music camp for youth grades 6-12. Our students spend a week focusing on honing their instrumental music skills and preparing for an epic end-of-PMI concert performance! Our ʻUkulele Workshop, Jazz Intensive, String Quartet, Wind Ensemble, and Symphony Orchestra students will all be performing. We can’t wait to see you there!
