Check-in on the first day to receive your name badge.

Please be mindful that only participating students, HYS staff, faculty and volunteers are allowed in our areas. PMI students should not be roaming around the McKinley High School.

If you need materials printed for your students, please send to our librarian Manny at library@hiyouthsymphony.org by Monday, June 26th.

SCHEDULE

Most sessions are set up in 90-minute blocks with 80 minutes of instructional time. Please end instruction about 10 minutes before the start of the next session to allow students to pack up, take a break, and walk to their next session.  All sessions should start on time as scheduled.

MCKINLEY HIGH SCHOOL

All PMI events occur at the McKinley High School

1039 S King St, Honolulu, HI 96814

Parking:  Students/families may park at McKinley High School at their own risk.

Faculty may park behind the auditorium or in the general parking lot

CONCERTS

All concerts take place at McKinley Auditorium and are free for PMI students

Ukulele Workshop/Wind, Brass, and Percussion Chamber Concert

SUNDAY July 16, 2023

Freestyle String Ensemble and Jazz Intensive Concert
1:30-3:00pm

Middle School All-State Band/Wind Ensemble/Symphony Orchestra Concert
4:00-5:30pm

VOLUNTEERS

Check in students as they arrive for their sessions
Students will receive a daily wristband
Check off that the student has arrived.
Only participating students, HYS staff, faculty and volunteers are allowed in our areas.
PMI students should not be roaming around the McKinley High School campus.
Students do not need to check-out.

Please help yourself to coffee and snacks in the office.
